New Clients

Birch Salon is always accepting new clients and offers complimentary consultations!

To book an appointment please contact us via our form submission on the contact us page or give us a call.


Cancellation & No Show Policy

All appointments are held with a valid credit card.

Please contact the salon at least 24 business hours prior to your appointment time to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes. If you do not provide 24 business hours notice, 50% of your scheduled service total will be charged to the card we have on file.

Please note, we are closed on Sundays.

If no notice is given and you no show your appointment, 100% of your service total will be charged to the card we have on file.

Additionally. we reserve the right to cancel any appointment that is unconfirmed and being held with an invalid credit card. This is only done to protect our commissioned stylist, we appreciate your understanding.



Payments

We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Personal checks not accepted.
Cash gratuity preferred.


Gift Cards

We offer gift cards for any amount or service. Purchasing a gift card can be done at the salon or over the phone. Stop by or call for details


Services

Birch Salon is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment. 


Returns & Exchanges

Retail products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.
